Skype Therapist for help with chronic anxiety and depression

See a therapist via Skype

Everyone that I have worked with really likes the mindfulness approach that I teach for healing anxiety & depression…

"The insights that I have gained in the first two sessions of online counseling are proving invaluable. Now I can see a way through my anxiety for the first time. Mindfulness Therapy is amazing."

Mindfulness Meditation Therapy is very effective because it works on transforming the root cause of your anxiety or depression rather than just treating symptoms. The focus is on teaching you practical tools and methods between sessions. This is why most of my clients notice results very much quicker than is reported for the more conventional counseling through talking about your feelings.

Please feel free to email me to learn more about online therapy via Skype with me.

Online therapy for anxiety

How to overcome an anxiety disorder through Mindfulness Therapy via Skype

Contact me if you would like to schedule Online Therapy with me.

Everyone that I have worked with really benefits from the mindfulness approach that I teach for healing emotional suffering…

"I had three sessions with Peter (4 hours total) and am very glad I had a chance to do therapy with him. Even after one session, I already felt better about some of the trauma I have had since I was young. With him, I learned to dissolve the trauma and came to terms with what happened in the past. I very much appreciate Peter’s kindness, wisdom, and patience."

During these online counseling sessions I will teach you how to use mindfulness for working with all forms of anxiety disorders, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder, OCD, depression, and for help with and other forms of emotional suffering, by using the very successful techniques of Mindfulness Therapy.

This approach is extremely effective and you will see noticeable results after the first 2-3 online sessions with me.

Online Mindfulness Psychotherapy is highly effective for managing anxiety and depression without relying on anti-anxiety medications and antidepressants. It is better to treat the underlying psychological cause of your emotional pain instead of just suppressing symptoms.

Talk to a therapist online for Effective Help for Anxiety

Welcome! My name is Peter Strong. I'm a professional psychotherapist based in Colorado and I offer online therapy by Skype, worldwide. All you need is a good Internet connection and Skype and we can schedule Skype Therapy sessions. So if you are interested in talking to an online therapist for effective help with anxiety I invite you to go to my website and learn more about the mindfulness-based psychotherapy that I offer online and that I specialize in.

So Mindfulness Therapy is a very effective way of working with anxiety. It's really quite different than conventional counseling and it's also a better alternative, in my opinion, to medications. You want to address the underlying cause of your anxiety. You want to change the habitual reactive process that creates your anxiety.

Medications cannot do that, they are not able to change the underlying psychological habits that cause your anxiety, and often just talking about anxiety is not sufficient to change the mechanism that creates your anxiety. That is the focus of Mindfulness Therapy.

I've worked with many people over the years now and they all really like the mindfulness approach. It gives greater insights than the typical with standard talk therapy and it gives you the tools to work with your anxiety and produce effective change.

In Mindfulness Therapy we do this by developing a very conscious and mindful relationship with our emotions. We look directly at our emotions and we see how they work. The first thing we focus on is the constellation of habitual reactive thoughts that have the effect of reinforcing the underlying anxiety.

So the anxiety is kept alive by reactive habitual thoughts. So we need to work at that level. We need to develop more mindfulness to see these reactive thoughts in progress so that we can stop them and that we can begin to disengage that fuel source from the anxiety.

So being able to sit with the emotion without getting lost in reactive thinking is the first step in Mindfulness Therapy and the first major step in healing anxiety. When you have now established a non-reactive relationship with your anxiety then you can begin to help it heal and that is the second major theme in Mindfulness Therapy is all about healing.

So we do this in Mindfulness Therapy by developing a compassionate relationship with our anxiety and with other emotions that are associated with the anxiety. Compassion is an extremely powerful force and it's very much a part of mindfulness. Mindfulness can be defined as compassionate awareness in the present moment. So that means bringing compassionate awareness to your emotions in the present moment.

The third aspect of mindfulness is even more direct than that, and that is to actually look at the structure of the emotion. What is it that causes that emotion to arise in the mind? And the primary factor that constructs our emotions is imagery. The imagery of the emotion is what really hold it together and causes it to come into being. That imagery gets triggered by various factors, internal factors or external factors. But it's the imagery that actually causes the emotion. So that's the in-between step, if you like, of the habit that creates emotions.

So we look at this imagery when we are studying it in meditation. We're looking to see how that imagery works and then we investigate how to change that imagery to help the emotion heal. So when emotions heal they do so by changing their imagery, either with our involvement or not. The imagery has to change for the emotion to heal. So we help it change directly during our mindfulness meditation sessions.

I will teach you how to do this, how to apply mindfulness to work with your emotions and with your anxiety to facilitate healing. Because it's such a direct approach, most people see quite substantial changes within three or four sessions and you'll see even after the first session. You'll get a feeling of where this is going and how this can really help you.

So if you would like to get started with me and you like the idea of talking to an online therapist who specializes in Mindfulness Therapy then to please contact me. Feel free to ask any questions you have about online therapy or about Mindfulness Therapy. When you feel ready, we can schedule the first session.

Skype Therapy - Mindfulness Therapy via Skype for Anxiety & Depression

Online Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy via Skype for Controlling Anxiety & Depression without drugs.

Welcome! My name is Peter Strong. I'm a professional psychotherapist specializing in Mindfulness Therapy and I provide online mindfulness-based psychotherapy for treating anxiety and depression without using drugs.

So, Mindfulness Therapy is extremely effective for helping you change the underlying cause of your anxiety or depression or any other form of emotional suffering that affects the quality of your life. We work at the level of the reactive habits, the reactive thinking and the patterns of emotional reactivity that produce our anxiety and depression. We learn to see these patterns and we learn to help them change by becoming more conscious and by developing a conscious relationship with these patterns.

So this is the first most important thing that we must do if we want to change. We have to develop a conscious and non-reactive relationship to our reactions. If you don't do that then the reactions become habitual. That is, they become subconscious and continue to operate without any choice and without our control. But once you make them conscious, then you can begin to change them and produce the internal changes that are necessary to train yourself out of those habits.

So anxiety and depression and most other forms of emotional suffering are really emotional habits. They are simply reactive habits that become established and then become subconscious and operate without our say. So the first step in mindfulness-based psychotherapy is learning to see these habits and then break free from the habitual nature that fuels the reactivity.

Doing this on Skype is a very effective way of learning these mindfulness skills. You don't have to see a mindfulness therapist in person in order to learn how to work with your mind. You can do that very well via Skype. So that's why I offer online psychotherapy via Skype. It works really well, and the intention is to give you the tools so that you can break free from the habits of anxiety or depression without having to resort to medications or years of analytical therapy.

Medications are not sufficient to change these psychological habits. That requires a form of psychological response, psychological training or psychotherapy. But the function of psychotherapy should be to see these habits and then change them consciously.

The second most important part of Mindfulness Therapy, besides becoming more aware of our habits, is to look at the underlying emotional structure. So what is it that's driving those habits? So what is the nature of the underlying emotions that is driving our anxiety or depression or addiction or any other form of emotional suffering?

So typically, the root of just about all emotional suffering, whether it's anger or guilt or addiction or self hatred or anxiety or depression in its many different forms, you will find that underneath all of these forms of reactivity you will find fear. Fear is usually the root energy source for anxiety and depression and all of the different forms of emotional suffering.

So we learn to build a conscious and mindful relationship with this fear. That is essential. The habits simply take us away from that fear. They displace our attention away from the fear that needs us more than anything else. So to heal fear we must develop a conscious and compassionate relationship with that fear.

This is a central focus in Mindfulness Therapy, the system that I developed over the years and that I teach via Skype. It's all about learning how to develop a compassionate and friendly relationship with your anxiety and depression and with the fear underneath the anxiety and depression.

So we learn to look at that fear and in the same way that we might look at a child that was in a state of fear. We learn how to respond compassionately towards that fear the same way that we would do is respond compassionately to a child that was afraid or to a friend that was suffering. This is vital for healing. Developing this internal relationship, a relationship based on internal love, that is love for the fear.

We learn to take care of that fear and bring it what it most needs for healing which is that love. So this we describe has developing an internal relationship between your True Self, which is the origin of true love and the Little Self which is that fear. When that relationship is strong then healing is very much accelerated and the fear will heal in direct proportion to the strength of that internal relationship.

So we learn how to bring love to our fear, to our pain, to our anger, to our guilt, to our compulsive thoughts, to our negative thoughts, whatever it is that's generating our suffering. That's what we must bring this internal love to, or mindfulness.

Mindfulness basically is the conscious expression of love for our experience whatever that is, whether it's neutral, or suffering, or whether it's joyful. If we bring conscious love to it, that will promote healing and well-being and greater joy in our life.

So the way we do this is to actually learn how to meditate on our fear and other emotions and other parts of the mind that are stuck that are in a state of suffering. We meditate on those emotions and thoughts and traumatic memories and so on. We do not avoid them. We do not try to talk ourselves out of experiencing those states of suffering, but rather we try to develop a conscious and friendly relationship with those parts of ourselves. This is vital.

We do not indulge in the fear either. We do not indulge in anger or depression or anxiety. We instead develop a conscious and non-reactive relationship that is the basis of love. This is necessary to produce healing.

So we meditate on our emotions. We establish this strong internal relationship based on love and then we explore what ways we can interact with the fear that will allow it to release its fear that promotes healing. And so healing is the primary goal in Mindfulness Therapy. It is to find the fear and then bring about its healing through our internal compassion and love and consciousness.

So if you would like to learn more about mindfulness-based psychotherapy via Skype, then please go to my website and then e-mail me. Ask any questions you may have about the process and how to get started with therapy via Skype. And when you feel ready we can schedule your first Skype therapy session.

The Mindfulness Therapy approach is extremely effective for the reasons that I outlined, briefly. Most people will see dramatic improvements within the first few sessions. The moment you start changing that relationship that you have with your emotions the faster they the healing happens.

Online therapy over Skype

Online Therapy Skype
Welcome! My name is Peter Strong, and I am a professional online therapist. I offer online psychotherapy as an alternative to standard office sessions. The main reason I do this is due to the fact that of my clients have very busy lives and they occasionally travel abroad, or are living abroad, and want to keep on their sessions at a time that suits them, which benefit factors is among the key advantages of Skype Therapy.

Another real advantage of Skype Therapy is that it's much more comfy for you, the client; much less intimidating. It's less clinical in nature, and actually , the entire approach of Mindfulness Therapy, which will be what I offer online. Is among empowering you, is among teaching you the way to work in a positive and constructive way, using the the very practical and powerful processes of Mindfulness Therapy together with your emotions.

Really, what we're most concerned with doing is helping your relationship changes to your emotions. The majority of us live in fear of our panic attacks, our anxiety, our depression or our compulsion, of our emotional suffering if it is an addiction you're dealing with. We try to avert them or we react with self-criticism fantastic aversion and self-loathing. Aversion and avoidance are your worst enemies. They prevent change and only fuel the underlying procedure for mental anguish. It's possible to change anxiety and depression or dependency, but you should first develop a friendly and conscious relationship together with your emotions, and that is perhaps one of the hallmarks of Mindfulness Therapy.

When you have the appropriate relationship with your emotions then they begin to change. You efficiently create the right internal psychological states that enable them to shift. Therefore, it is what we call building Right Relationship with emotions, and this is a very, very important basis in Mindfulness Therapy.

One other thing that we research during our online therapy sessions would be to investigate the particular structure of your emotions; how they actually work. This really is quite different than standard "talk therapy." We are not talking about emotions, we are now investigating your worst enemies to find out how they work. And this is the point where we come into the region of whatever is called Emotional Imagery, because its the way you see ideas and your emotions in the mind how powerful or overwhelming those emotions are and that determines how intense your worst enemies are. It's the way you see them, the way you picture those ideas and emotions in the mind, and most of us are unaware of this, but mindfulness is really all about inquiring the actual construction of your emotions and generating consciousness and awareness.

You may discover, the further you learn more about the picture arrangement of your emotions the more detail. This starts to gave you option since you can change that vision, so when you change the mental imagery, the emotion itself begins to change. So, that is a second subject that individuals develop during Skype therapy sessions that are online. We take a look at the construction of your emotions, we take a look at the imagery and we begin to investigate making changes for the reason that vision that contributes to a reduction to depression or anxiety or compulsion.

Accordingly, if you're interested in learning more about Mindfulness Therapy and about Skype Therapy Sessions, do please CONTACT ME through my website.

There are a few measures:

The second step is to schedule a Trial Skype Therapy Session. Now a trial session implies you don't have to pay anything upfront. You only make your payment through PayPal that you want to continue mindfulness therapy with me and if you're fully satisfied.

The next measure following the very first trial session would be to track your improvement, because Mindfulness Therapy, as I said previously, is quite distinct than normal talk therapy; it's much faster, and I anticipate all my customers to see significant advancements after about 3-4 sessions. You'll understand quite clearly after the first few sessions when that is likely to be successful for you personally and also that is important. You need to expect results and I want to assist you in getting those results, to see real major decrease in the degree of your depression, real critical reduction in the level of your anxiety, and real independence from addiction and compulsion. Those are the three measures.

PLEASE CONTACT ME and let's discuss your options in much more detail and let us schedule a Skype Therapy session. Thanks!

Therapy with Skype - Online Therapy for Overcoming Anxiety

Therapy with Skype - Online Therapy for Overcoming Anxiety

Online therapy with Skype is much more effective than therapy without Skype because communication becomes much better when we can see each other.

Welcome! I offer online therapy with Skype as an alternative to normal office sessions.

Another real advantage of Skype Therapy is that it is far more comfy for you, the customer; much less intimidating. It is less clinical in nature, and in fact, the whole approach of Mindfulness Therapy, which will be exactly what I offer online. Is among empowering you, is one of teaching you how you can work with your emotions in a beneficial and positive way, using the effective and the very practical methods of Mindfulness Therapy.

Really, what we are most concerned with doing is helping you shift your relationship to your emotions. We make an effort to avoid them or we respond with self-criticism remarkable aversion and self-loathing. Avoidance and Aversion are your worst enemies. They only fuel the underlying procedure for mental suffering and stop change. It really is not impossible to change anxiety and depression or dependence, but you should first develop a mindful and friendly relationship together with your emotions, and this really is maybe among the hallmarks of Mindfulness Therapy.

They start to transform when you have the correct relationship with your emotions then. You effectively create the proper internal psychological conditions that permit them to change. Therefore, this is what we call establishing Right Relationship with emotions, and that is a very, very significant basis in Mindfulness Therapy.

One other matter that people explore during our therapy sessions that are online is to investigate the particular arrangement of your emotions; how they actually work. This is very different than normal "talk therapy." We are not talking about emotions, we are in fact investigating them to find out how they work. And that is where we come to the place of what's called Emotional Vision, because its the manner in which you see your emotions and thoughts in the mind how strong or overwhelming those emotions are and that determines how intense they are. It's the way you see your worst enemies, how you envision those thoughts and emotions in the mind, and of course most people are unaware of it, but mindfulness is about inquiring the particular structure of your emotions and creating consciousness and knowledge.

Now, the general rule here is the further you see, the more you look. You'll discover the more you explore the picture arrangement of your emotions the more detail. This starts to gave you option since you'll be able to change that vision, so that as you alter the emotional imagery, the emotion itself begins to transform. So, that's a subject that is second that people develop during online Skype therapy sessions. We consider the structure of your emotions, we consider the vision and we start to explore making changes for the reason that imagery that leads to a reduction to compulsion or depression or anxiety.

Therefore, if you're considering knowing more about Mindfulness Therapy and about Skype Therapy Sessions, do please CONTACT ME through my website.

You can find three steps:

Now a trial session implies that you do not have to pay anything upfront. You simply make your payment through PayPal for the session if you're fully satisfied and that you'd like to continue mindfulness therapy with me.

The 3rd step following the very first trial session would be to monitor your improvement, because Mindfulness Therapy, as I said previously, is quite different than normal talk therapy; it is much faster, and I expect all my clients to find significant improvements after about 3-4 sessions. You will understand quite definitely after the initial few sessions if this will be effective for you as well as that is important. You ought to anticipate results and that I intend to help you get those results, to see actual major redaction in the amount of your anxiety, real important reduction in the level of your depression, and real independence from compulsion and dependence. So, those are the three steps.

Welcome. My name is Peter Strong and I'm a professional online Skype therapist. I and I provide treatment and addiction counseling, respectively online.

In the event you would like to discuss with a Skype therapist, do please go to my site and read more about Skype therapy and Mindfulness Therapy, which is what I offer online and contact me with any questions you may have and let us schedule a trial Skype therapy session.

Most of my customers that are seeking Skype therapy are searching for an option to the traditional counseling or psychotherapy you could be used to. They're also searching for an option to prescription medications. In my experience, the normal type of medications, and counseling or talk therapy, may create gains that are temporary in reducing symptoms, but my clients do nothing to alter the underlying cause.

That underlying source of anxiety or depression is psychological in nature, regardless of what the cause. Whether that trigger is internal, in the form of memories or ideas; whether it's outside in events, loss, success or failure, all life's ups and downs. These events my clients aren't the cause of anxiety or depression; they are just triggers.

The cause is inner in the shape of a psychological addiction. Outside or internal occasions trigger that habit. However, the emotional habit is that which we should shift if you're to conquer depression or anxiety in any major manner.

Mindfulness Therapy works on doing this, on helping you transform that underlying habit.

Now for many people, if not all people, you will see the fundamental structure of an addiction, an emotional addiction, is in the kind of vision. Stress or depression is generated by internal imagery that those internal or outside events activated. So we must alter this inner vision.

It is no wonder we say, for example, "I feel overwhelmed." That, right there, shows you quite clearly the character of the underlying vision process that's creating your emotion. Feeling overwhelmed indicates that the emotion is seen as being at a higher standing, very big and, most probably that is seen at the psychological level above you.

This we can shift the way that that imagery works and once we become conscious of It. The imagery becomes habitual; that is actually all there's to it. We're unaware of our vision, we don't see how it works so it just duplicates itself and gets triggered over and over again through the ordinary mechanisms of mental conditioning.

But when you become conscious of the vision that get's activated, then you can certainly begin to change it, as well as a central thesis in Mindfulness Therapy is that, when you change the vision you change the emotion. Thus, in Mindfulness Therapy mindfulness is used by us to investigate the real construction of your emotions; we need to see how work.

Then, after exploring the vision, mindfulness is used by us to research making subtle changes to that vision, to see how that impacts the anxiety or depression directly. Through repetition you can set a brand new picture construction for the emotion , so that even in the event the triggers are still present it ceases to activate depression or the first anxiety. Now, it may activate those occasions and more positive results, more favorable penetrations or understandings or beliefs about yourself.

All this is possible when you actually bring conscious awareness to explore the structure of your emotions, and this is what we do during Mindfulness Therapy. As a Skype therapist, I offer Mindfulness Therapy over Skype.

Fairly dramatic changes will be seen by most people after comparatively few sessions, because we are working on changing the underlying reason for your anxiety, depression or any other emotional state you may be struggling with, as well as the reason is quite clear.

Work on changing that psychological addiction, work on changing the imagery of that mental addiction and you'll soon find results that are favorable.

Therefore, in case you would like to talk to me in more detail and schedule a treatment session over Skype, please go to my site and email me and we can schedule a session that works for you. And, you can see for yourself the incredible benefits you'll be able to get by means of this sort of strategy to working with depression or anxiety or other forms of emotional suffering. Thank you.

Let a Skype therapist help you

Welcome. I provide therapy over Skype for anxiety, for the treatment of depression and additionally I provide addiction counseling online.

Most of my customers that are seeking Skype therapy are searching for an alternative to the conventional counseling or psychotherapy you might be used to. They are also searching for an option to prescription medications. In my experience, the normal type of drugs, and counseling or talk therapy, may generate temporary gains in reducing symptoms, however they do nothing to alter the underlying cause.

That underlying source of depression or anxiety is emotional in nature, whatever the trigger. Whether that trigger is not external, in the form of thoughts or memories; whether it is external in occasions, failure, success or loss, all life's ups and downs. These events my clients aren't the cause of depression or anxiety; they're simply triggers.

The cause is inner in the form of a mental addiction. That habit is activated by external or internal events. However, the psychological habit is that which we have to change if you're to overcome anxiety or depression in almost any essential manner.

Mindfulness Therapy works on doing this, on helping you transform that underlying addiction.

Now for most people, if not all people, you will see the fundamental structure of a habit, an emotional habit, is in the type of vision. Stress or depression is generated by inner vision that gets activated by those external or internal events. So we should change this inner imagery.

That, right there, shows you quite clearly the essence of the underlying imagery process that is creating your emotion. Feeling overwhelmed indicates the emotion is viewed as being quite large and, most likely, at a higher position that's observed at the psychological level above you.

So that mental imagery is what really causes the anxiety or depression. This we can change once we become aware of that imagery and how it works. The vision becomes habitual; that is really all there is to it. We're not generally conscious of our imagery, we do not see how it works so it gets activated over and over again through the standard mechanisms of mental conditioning and just repeats itself.

So, in Mindfulness Therapy we use mindfulness to investigate the actual arrangement of your emotions; we need to see the method by which work.

Afterward, after investigating the imagery, we use mindfulness to explore making subtle changes to that vision, to see how the anxiety or depression impacts directly. Through repeat you'll be able to establish a fresh image construction for the emotion , so that even if the triggers continue to be present it ceases to trigger depression or the original anxiety. Now, it might trigger more positive results, more positive insights or perceptions or beliefs about yourself and those events.

As a Skype therapist, I offer Mindfulness Therapy over Skype.

Fairly remarkable changes will be seen by most people after comparatively few sessions, because we're working on altering the underlying reason for your anxiety, depression or some other emotional state you might be struggling with along with the reason is quite clear.

Work on shifting that emotional habit, work on altering the vision of such emotional addiction and you will soon see beneficial results.

So, in case you'd like schedule a treatment session over Skype and to talk in more detail to me, please go to my site and e-mail me and then we can schedule a session that works for you. And, you can see for yourself the incredible benefits you can get by means of this type of strategy to working with depression or anxiety or other types of emotional suffering. Thank you.

The cause is internal in the form of a mental addiction. Outside or internal events trigger that habit. However, the psychological addiction is that which we need to alter if you are to conquer depression or anxiety in any important manner.

Mindfulness Therapy works on doing this, on assisting you to transform that underlying habit.

Now for many people, if not all people, you'll find the fundamental arrangement of an addiction, a mental habit, is in the kind of vision. Depression or stress is generated by internal vision which those external or internal events activated. So we must alter this internal vision.

That, right there, shows you quite clearly the essence of the underlying vision procedure that is creating your emotion. Feeling overwhelmed indicates that the emotion is seen as being at a higher position very large and, most probably that's seen at the psychological level above you.

This we can alter how that imagery operates and once we become aware of It. The vision becomes habitual; that's actually all there's to it. We're unaware of our imagery, we don't see how it works so it gets activated over and over again through the regular mechanisms of mental conditioning and simply duplicates itself.

But as soon as you become aware of the imagery that get's activated, then you can start to modify it, and a fundamental thesis in Mindfulness Therapy is that, when you change the imagery you alter the emotion. So, in Mindfulness Therapy mindfulness is used by us to investigate the actual arrangement of your emotions; we would like to see how work.

Then, after exploring the imagery, we use mindfulness to investigate making subtle changes to that imagery, to see how the anxiety or depression impacts directly. Through repetition you can establish a brand new picture structure for the emotion , so that even in the event the causes are still present it ceases to activate depression or the first anxiety. Now, it might trigger those occasions and more favorable results, more positive penetrations or perceptions or beliefs about yourself.

Rather remarkable changes will be seen by most people after comparatively few sessions, along with the reason is quite clear, because we're working on changing the underlying cause of your anxiety, depression or some other emotional state you may be fighting with.

Work on altering that psychological addiction, work on altering the vision of that psychological addiction and you'll soon see beneficial consequences.

Working with Emotional Stress - Skype Therapy

During these therapy sessions that are online, and most sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes, I am going to coach you on very special practical ways for working with anxiety, depression and other psychological issues.
I'll educate you on the way to basically meditate on your own anxiety. You've got to from a stable relationship with all the anxiety that is non-reactive. The majority of us just react to our anxiety or another disagreeable emotions with avoidance or some type of aversion. These negative emotions aren't liked by us and we try to get rid of them. This really is actually the worst thing you could potentially do. Resistance makes the anxiety develop more powerful; the anxiety is simply strengthened by any kind of reactivity.
What I've discovered, and many others in the area of Mindfulness Therapy, is that what really creates change and transformation is when we can hold the emotion in our conscious awareness without reacting to it with aversion. This teaches the mind a totally different manner of processing that experience, and this manner of being without reacting with the emotion lets the emotion to work out.
Therefore, if you are interested in online treatment for anxiety, see my therapy website and contact me so that we can explore whether this approach of mindfulness therapy is the most suitable choice for you. Thus, visit my website and contact me. Thank you!

Welcome. The therapist especially in Mindfulness Therapy because I find that to be the most effective way of working additionally, and with anxiety, depression habits.
All you have to speak with a therapist online is an internet connection, Skype, and PayPal to make your safe online payments after every session.
The first session is called a Trial Session, which means there's no upfront payment and payment is made on your total satisfaction with the outcome of that session, on your satisfaction. Thus, this a method for you to see if this is the correct strategy for you, and to get a sense of how online therapy operates, how I work as an online therapist and should you would like to continue online therapy with me. Therefore, if you'd like to speak with a therapist online, do please go to my website and email me.
So, what do we do during these therapy sessions that are online? Well, what I focus on is teaching you the way to overcome those underlying patterns of reactive thinking and emotional reactivity that cause your anxiety or depression.
This really fairly different than traditional talk therapy, which is about having an avenue to release your mental tension to somebody who's willing and sympathetic to listen and encouraging you to express yourself. That's, obviously, significant element of psychotherapy that is great; and quite significant. But, in my expertise, talk treatment is not enough. We need to look at altering that underlying process. We must learn the best way to break free from the habitual routines of negative reactive thinking.
And, this is where mindfulness is really effective, since it is a rather powerful knowledge skill that allows you to explore that underlying arrangement of your emotions. It enables you to see those patterns and it enables you to change those patterns.
More than this, Mindfulness Therapy additionally enables you to explore how emotional reactions work, themselves. Emotions are actually quite distinct than thoughts, themselves' language is not words but it is vision. When we say, for example, "I feel overwhelmed,'" that give us a clue to the inner imagery of the emotion. We literally see the emotion above us, at a higher position, weighing down on us. We feel OVERwhelmed by the emotion. That is part of the vision that makes the emotion work.
So, when we explore this vision with Mindfulness Therapy, we see all the details of how that emotional vision works and that emotional imagery can be changed by us through mindfulness. We can explore making all sorts of modifications in that internal imagery that allows itself to neutralize, to discharge itself, to change. We teach the emotion the best way to change itself, basically.
Mental imagery, just like thinking that is reactive is primarily custom, and habit thrives on not being seen. Mindfulness is really all about exploring in great detail what is actually occurring; it's around exploring that construction. It's about figuring out the best way to become a scientist, essentially, investigating how things work in your head.
Another reason why Mindfulness Therapy works is because it instructs you how you can change your whole relationship to your thoughts and emotions. It instructs you how to discover your emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, without becoming identified with them, without becoming reactive.
 Thank you.

Welcome. Treatment is provided by me over Skype for anxiety, for the treatment of depression and additionally I provide dependency counseling online.

Most of my customers who are seeking Skype therapy are searching for an alternative to the traditional counseling or psychotherapy you can be used to. They're also searching for an alternative to prescription drugs. Inside my experience, the traditional form of drugs, and counseling or talk therapy, may produce temporary benefits in reducing symptoms, but my clients do nothing to alter the underlying cause.

That underlying source of depression or anxiety is psychological in nature, regardless of what the trigger. Whether that cause is internal, in the kind of ideas or memories; whether it's outside in events, failure, achievement or loss, all the ups and downs of life. These occasions themselves aren't the cause of depression or anxiety; they are just triggers.

The cause is internal in the shape of a mental habit. Outside or internal events trigger that habit. But, the emotional addiction is what we should alter if you are to conquer anxiety or depression in almost any important way.

Mindfulness Therapy works on doing this, on assisting you to transform that underlying addiction.

Now for a lot of individuals, if not all people, you'll discover the basic arrangement of an addiction, a habit that is mental, is in the form of imagery. Anxiety or depression is generated by inner imagery that gets triggered by those outside or internal events. So we must alter this internal imagery.

That, right there, shows you very clearly the nature of the underlying imagery procedure that is creating your emotion. Feeling overwhelmed indicates that the emotion is viewed as being at a higher standing quite large and, most probably that's seen above you at the psychological level.

So that mental imagery is what actually causes the anxiety or depression. This we can change once we become aware of that vision and the way it functions. The vision becomes habitual; that is actually all there's to it. We are unaware of our vision, we do not see how it works so it gets activated over and over again through the regular mechanisms of mental conditioning and simply duplicates itself.

But, as soon as you become attentive to the vision that get's triggered, then you can certainly start to modify it, as well as a principal thesis in Mindfulness Therapy is that, when you alter the vision you change the emotion. Thus, in Mindfulness Therapy mindfulness is used by us to investigate the actual construction of your emotions; we want to see the method by which work.

Then, after investigating the imagery, we use mindfulness to research making subtle changes to that vision, to see how the anxiety or depression affects directly. For the emotion you can establish a new picture structure through repetition , so that even if the causes continue to be present it quits to activate depression or the original anxiety. Now, it might trigger those events and more positive outcomes, more positive insights or understandings or beliefs about yourself.

All this is possible when you really bring conscious awareness to explore the construction of your emotions, and this is what we do during Mindfulness Therapy. As a Skype therapist, I offer Mindfulness Therapy over Skype.

Most individuals will see fairly remarkable changes after comparatively few sessions, because we're working on changing the underlying cause of your anxiety, depression or any other emotional state you can be struggling with along with the reason is very clear.

Work on altering that mental habit, work on altering the imagery of that mental addiction and you'll soon find results that are advantageous.

Therefore, in the event you would like schedule a treatment session over Skype and to talk to me in more detail, please go to my website and e-mail me and then we can schedule a session which works for you. Welcome. If you're considering dealing with a Skype therapist then you have arrived at the right site.

The principal process that people use for doing this is to develop what is called a mindfulness-based relationship with your emotions.

Avoidance is just not going to assist the healing process, although our custom, of course, would be to avert our emotions, particularly id they can be emotions that are painful. It's completely essential that you simply bring conscious awareness to your emotions. Emotions REQUIRE that state of mindful presence that people call mindfulness transform in order to change and heal.

So, it is by bringing mindfulness to your own anxiety or your depression or your compulsion that we can begin to effect a change. We basically find out how to meditate on our emotions.

So, you will be learning the best way to sit together with your emotions and develop this all important aware-established consciousness.

Mindfulness actually encourages this natural healing process where the dynamic emotional state of the emotion will begin to become malleable and will start to alter itself into a steady construction that is energetic.

We can help this process, not by creating the mindfulness-based relationship but by actually investigating the arrangement of our emotions. And this means, especially, looking at the emotional imagery - how you begin to see the emotion in the mind is a primary factor that determines the power of depression, the anxiety or compulsion.

It's the imagery that actually regulates the emotions. When we are able to uncover this vision then we can investigate altering the vision in a way that reduces the emotional intensity of the anxiety-generating thoughts or depression or the compulsion, itself. By altering the vision, we can alter the intensity.

So, this is another truly fascinating part of the mindfulness system I teach online, and that I will be educating you during our therapy sessions that are online.

So, in the event you would be interested in working on your anxiety, depression or dependence, or other psychological issues, do please CONTACT ME. You'll be quite surprised at how successful the mindfulness therapy strategy that is online is. I'll call that you will see dramatic changes after that first session. This is because simple. Because we are focusing on changing the real underlying process that causes your anxiety, depression, or other psychological problems, it is. Of shifting the underlying cause, this approach is extremely much more efficient as is true for most types of traditional counseling, or from wanting to reduce symptoms through the utilization of medications than just talking about your emotions. Normal chat treatment and drugs may reduce symptoms, however just on a temporary basis because they usually do not change the inherent procedure, the underlying cause of the anxiety, depression or compulsion.
