The primary thing that helps is to learn how to break free from the habitual patterns of reactive thinking and identification with your emotions. We need to change this, we need to develop a conscious, mindful relationship with our emotions instead of feeding them through reactive thinking and reactive behaviors.

The moment you develop a conscious and non-reactive relationship with your anxiety or depression, then it will begin to change quite significantly from that point onward, and this is what I teach during the online therapy sessions that I offer. I will teach you specific mindfulness tools for overcoming those habitual patterns of reactivity.

Typically, people see significant changes once they learn how to apply mindfulness and most people will see significant reduction in the intensity and frequency of anxiety or panic attacks after the first couple of weeks of practicing the mindfulness techniques that I teach.
