Let a Skype therapist help you

Welcome. I provide therapy over Skype for anxiety, for the treatment of depression and additionally I provide addiction counseling online.

Most of my customers that are seeking Skype therapy are searching for an alternative to the conventional counseling or psychotherapy you might be used to. They are also searching for an option to prescription medications. In my experience, the normal type of drugs, and counseling or talk therapy, may generate temporary gains in reducing symptoms, however they do nothing to alter the underlying cause.

That underlying source of depression or anxiety is emotional in nature, whatever the trigger. Whether that trigger is not external, in the form of thoughts or memories; whether it is external in occasions, failure, success or loss, all life's ups and downs. These events my clients aren't the cause of depression or anxiety; they're simply triggers.

The cause is inner in the form of a mental addiction. That habit is activated by external or internal events. However, the psychological habit is that which we have to change if you're to overcome anxiety or depression in almost any essential manner.

Mindfulness Therapy works on doing this, on helping you transform that underlying addiction.

Now for most people, if not all people, you will see the fundamental structure of a habit, an emotional habit, is in the type of vision. Stress or depression is generated by inner vision that gets activated by those external or internal events. So we should change this inner imagery.

That, right there, shows you quite clearly the essence of the underlying imagery process that is creating your emotion. Feeling overwhelmed indicates the emotion is viewed as being quite large and, most likely, at a higher position that's observed at the psychological level above you.

So that mental imagery is what really causes the anxiety or depression. This we can change once we become aware of that imagery and how it works. The vision becomes habitual; that is really all there is to it. We're not generally conscious of our imagery, we do not see how it works so it gets activated over and over again through the standard mechanisms of mental conditioning and just repeats itself.

So, in Mindfulness Therapy we use mindfulness to investigate the actual arrangement of your emotions; we need to see the method by which work.

Afterward, after investigating the imagery, we use mindfulness to explore making subtle changes to that vision, to see how the anxiety or depression impacts directly. Through repeat you'll be able to establish a fresh image construction for the emotion , so that even if the triggers continue to be present it ceases to trigger depression or the original anxiety. Now, it might trigger more positive results, more positive insights or perceptions or beliefs about yourself and those events.

As a Skype therapist, I offer Mindfulness Therapy over Skype.

Fairly remarkable changes will be seen by most people after comparatively few sessions, because we're working on altering the underlying reason for your anxiety, depression or some other emotional state you might be struggling with along with the reason is quite clear.

Work on shifting that emotional habit, work on altering the vision of such emotional addiction and you will soon see beneficial results.

So, in case you'd like schedule a treatment session over Skype and to talk in more detail to me, please go to my site and e-mail me and then we can schedule a session that works for you. And, you can see for yourself the incredible benefits you can get by means of this type of strategy to working with depression or anxiety or other types of emotional suffering. Thank you.
