Then, after exploring the imagery, we use mindfulness to investigate making subtle changes to that imagery, to see how the anxiety or depression impacts directly. Through repetition you can establish a brand new picture structure for the emotion , so that even in the event the causes are still present it ceases to activate depression or the first anxiety. Now, it might trigger those occasions and more favorable results, more positive penetrations or perceptions or beliefs about yourself.
