Online Treatment for Insomnia - Mindfulness Therapy

Welcome! My name is Peter Strong and I'm a professional online psychotherapist. which is among the top treatments for insomnia. It's using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in combination with Mindfulness.

Most insomnia is the product of thinking that is reactive, because you may understand. We get lost in stressing and anxiety-producing ideas that look to flood the head when we are hoping to get to sleep. This level of cognitive reactivity keeps the mind in a state of high arousal and this prevents the start of the natural sleep reaction.

The main treatment for stress thinking would be to really change the way that you just connect to your own thoughts. Rather than attempting to fight your ideas and make them go away it's really a lot more efficient to welcome your thoughts. If you are lying in bed, do not hight your thoughts but really welcome them in hold them in this space of consciousness that is friendly, rather than hostile aversion. Should you fight your thoughts, you just make them more powerful and this maintains that state of cognitive reactive arousal that prevents the onset of sleep.

If you'd like to find out more about mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia please see my site and email me and then we could schedule a Skype therapy session to help you overcome your insomnia. Using the strategy that is mindfulness you will discover major changes within 1 to 2 weeks. So, Please contact me and let us schedule a session. Thanks!
